Casting upgrades can be completed on-site and machined in a variety of materials, which results in a superior quality product that meets diverse requirements and industries.
NON-DESTRUCTIVE TESTING
AFG’s upgrade department is comprised of highly trained craftsman that have been approved through several professional organizations, such as ASME, ASNT and AWS and certified by DNV.
AFG has a staff of certified non-destructive testing inspectors from Level III qualification down to Level I inspectors in the fields of Radiography, Liquid Penetrant, Magnetic Particle, Ultrasonic and Visual Inspection techniques. Our welding program has qualified welders under ASTM, ASME, NAVSEA, AWS, and certified by DNV.
