QUALITY CERTIFICATES

Optical Emission Spectrographs at each location with capabilities of analyzing; Fe, Ni, Cu, & Co based alloys, including glasses Liquid Penetrant, Magnetic Particle, Ultrasonic, Radiographic (Iridium & Cobalt) and Hydrostatic Pressure Testing are all available on-site. Fully equipped sand and slurry testing laboratories for QC analysis and consistency CMM and Romer Metrology equipment are all on-site. Qualified NDT personnel level III & level II are also on-site.

5-Axis Router 10 ft x 10 ft table with 36” Z-Axis Prototype Available in Sand and Wax Processes

IN-HOUSE HEAT TREATMENT
